This refund policy applies to all FASTag recharge transactions conducted through our platform, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.

2. Recharge Transactions

FASTag recharges are generally non-refundable due to the nature of the service, where funds are instantly allocated to your FASTag account for toll payments.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Technical Error: If a transaction fails due to a technical error, but the amount is deducted from your payment source.
• Duplicate Recharge: If you accidentally perform multiple recharges of the same amount within a short time frame.
• Unauthorized Transactions: If an unauthorized transaction is reported and verified.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team via email.
• Provide the following details:
• Transaction ID or Order ID
• Payment method and details
• FASTag account number
• Reason for refund request
• Submit any supporting documents if required (e.g., payment proof or error screenshots).

5. Refund Processing Time

• Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source.

6. Exclusions

Refunds will not be processed under the following conditions:

• Incorrect details provided during the recharge process.
• Usage of recharged funds after the transaction is completed.
• Cases where toll operators or third-party FASTag service providers are responsible for deductions.
